Our unique approach offers two different styles of yoga that honor both the Hatha and Iyengar elements within, designed to bring back the balance into our body and lives. Half of the training focuses on the Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, while the other delves on the Iyengar with Restorative yoga, meditation, and Traditional Indian Yoga Philosophy (TIP) concepts.

Upon completion, you will be confident to teach both Hatha Yoga class and Ashtanga class. We take pride in producing teachers who have a comprehensive knowledge of these two unique yet interconnected styles of yoga.
At AYM Yoga School Goa, our residential Hatha & Iyengar yoga teacher training includes:
• Accommodation in the cottage with private bathroom and organic bath products
• 200 hours of training with Yoga Alliance USA certificate of completion
• Student manual and world-class faculty
• Unrestricted access to custom-built yoga facilities including infinity pool, spa, and Wi-Fi
• Complete yogic vegetarian meals during your entire stay.

This 200-hour yoga training course you will have a sound understanding of how the body works so that you can teach from a functional anatomy perspective and correct student postures as well as be more aware in your own practice.
We will also cover in depth other aspects of the yoga tradition including history and philosophy. Each morning will begin with meditation and pranayama and a 90-minute Vinyasa practice. We will look at a few different meditation techniques and pranayama practices so that you can choose those that work for you and you can learn to teach them effectively.
