A spiritual program which will focus upon introducing participants into subtle aspects of a yogic life. Retreats will offer a chance to have a break from the daily hassles and spend time while grounding in a yogic lifestyle. This retreat is an excellent opportunity to experience the transformational effects of yoga on our lives and merge into yogic trance while gaining insights into the secrets of this ancient science of health and well being transferred with a contemporary perspective by Guruji himself.

 The whole idea of retreat will be to provide a holistic experience of well being as well as to help make some fundamental shifts in the lifestyle based upon the guidelines of yoga.
 The emphasis will be on gaining necessary purification at the level of body and mind by going through a routine of practices aligned for the purpose.
 We will follow the approach and traditional guidelines of cleansing and aligning the physical body in order to influence the mental faculties.

In the 6 day duration we will introduce participants to the following practices :

 Jal Neti: a technique of hatha yoga involving nasal irrigiation with water
 Sookshma Vyayam: subtle exercises to release the energy
 Asanas: for developing strength and enhancing pranic energy flow
 Pranayama: for learning correct methodology of breathing and establishing harmony within the body mind complex.
 Yoga Nidra: for a deep relaxation at physical and mental levels.
 Chakra Dharana meditation: for the awareness of subtle energy centers in the body.
 Mantras: for aligning the awareness in subtle body
 Divine Satsang: singing and chanting with music for a deeper connection with the divine self.
 Spiritual discourses will cover 6 topics (one for each day) where acharya ji will share his experiences and wisdom on various aspects of life and spirituality.
