Alexandra Sophie is an extremely talented 20 year old self taught French photographer. She grew up in remote France, and by her own account dropped out of school in 2008 due to illness and began fiddling with disposable cameras. She describes herslef on her 500px site as '20 years old misunderstood artist from France, living in Fiji islands and around the world with her lover and their son'. Alexandra is known for championing the natural female form in her photography series as well as her essay and editorial 'Hairless Generation'.

'Since I started photography back in the early years of my teenage-hood, I appreciated to reveal through my photos everything naive and innocent. I loved to make magic with my camera and capture love, childhood, dreams and fragility. I was inspired by life in general, and by this strange sensation that I always had while watching the world from far away and staying quiet, waiting patiently my turn and using my eyes a lot more than my voice.'

Her 2013 Jardin fleuri is a photography series representing the different ages of a woman through the view of fertility and existance as a sexual being. You can view the rest of her photography on her website here and her Facebook page here.
