A lovely selection of sketches by Andy Warhol just dropped into my inbox. There's a cat, a croc, a horse, a monkey, a fish and a bird. There's something so satisfying about picturing Warhol, pen in hand, sketching these in a few minutes. Art in its purest from, I suppose.
If you also like these and have a lot more money than me, then get yourself down to the Olympia International Art & Antiques Fair (18-28 June), where they are going on sale. Even if you don't pull the trigger on a piece of art, your ticket will also grant you free entry to talks by speakers from The Victoria and Albert Museum, The British Museum and many more. You'll also be entered into a draw to win an original oil painting by Paul Brown, worth £8K, if you buy a Preview Day ticket. Not too shabby.
Head to the website for more info.
