Copywriter Jon Ryder has been advertising his services in the form of boxes of fake medication that he mails to creative agencies.

Promising “effective relief from creative pain”, each box contains a leaflet explaining how his services would improve an agency's health. Ryder describes himself as a medicine consisting of three active ingredients “creativity, originality and typing” which form “a powerful painkiller that works by eradicating stress that naturally occurs in agencies during busy times.”

I wonder if he's got any work out of it yet?
