If you're unfamiliar with his work despite his decades in the art scene, Dotmaster is a UK street artist whose style spans striking monochrome graphics to vivid stencil work, often with a witty twist. He's collaborated with Banksy for Waterloo's Cans Festival and the Oscar-nominated Exit Through the Gift Shop, plus recently worked on the set of Martin Scorsese's upcoming flick Tomorrow. Also, he's a driving force behind the Nuart festival and regularly creates work at the yearly Glastonbury festival.
Recently, Dotmaster took to the Marrakech Biennale (alongside the likes of fellow artists Giacomo RUN, Dag Insky and Kalamour) to paint his detailed murals throughout historic public spaces. With street art now high on the agenda at the Biennale, Dotmaster sought inspiration from Marrakech's nickname - the Rose City - plus the world famous Valley Of Roses, the result is a 25x35ft wall of roses- a stunning sight for residents and tourists alike.
