The brand has received mounting support since its inception in 2011, counting Theo Parrish, Oneman and Seth Troxler as fans.

The new range pays homage to the Doc's good friend Wayne Davies, who passed away in April this year. 20% of all profits will be put towards throwing a memorial party in his memory.

"The latest collection by Dr Banana clothing pays a heartfelt homage to the Doc’s close friend Wayne Davies, who tragically passed away in April earlier this year. After falling into a canal in the Dutch city of Leiden whilst on holiday with friends, at just 22, Wayne’s death came as a huge shock to family and friends alike.

Taking inspiration from Wayne’s mantra - ‘sweating one out, having a laugh’, 20% of all profits generated from the Dr Banana Wayne Davies collection will be put towards funding a memorial event next summer to celebrate the positive influence he left on a huge amount of people.

Designed with Wayne’s distinctive style in mind, the collection features a red, blue and green corduroy bucket hat, shirt and backpack. Each item also features the golden embroidered ‘WD’ initials as a subtle reverence to the man upstairs."

The collection will be available from drbanana.co.uk 14/12/14
