World, meet David Dees, an illustrator whose work dissects society's ills with the precision of a surgeon's scalpel. His nuanced metaphors rest in delicate repose atop very complex issues, much like a coin balancing edge-wise on a tautly strung wire. In a single canvas, he can offer a sharper view of society than any newspaper or politician.
Kidding! Dees' excrutiatingly obvious, and oftentimes inexplicable, messages are conveyed with all the subtlety of a bag of hammers falling down a metal laundry shoot. He'd probably even like that last lumbering image. I'm really enjoying all of them tbh. They're the paranoid rantings of every idiot on the internet realised in garish colour. I love it. And if this is all a joke then HUGE props to the man.
Check out his website here, Sheeple.
