Giulia Boggio is a photographer from a small town in the north of Italy. Now based in London photographer gives her a chance to exercise one of her biggest passions, storytelling.

‘Photography was a late and lazy love, I really got into it after a trip to Barcelona where I met a guy with a point and shoot film camera and I fell in love with it, so when I got back I bought a camera and well.. the rest is history’

Her photographs makeup a portrait of her relationship with the city.

‘A friend told me once that we have a relationship with the city, a lot of artists write break up letters to cities because they feel heartbroken by them. See New York for example. But it's just the pace that it's growing, the city grows and you grow and if she's too fast you feel like it's turning her back to you. It's just the pace of things going on and I am just documenting it. It's a sort of impulsive need to translate it into storytelling’
