Director Ben Wheatley’s Ballard adaption High Rise has recently hit shelves, now A24 has released the poster and trailer for his latest feature Free Fire. Speculation was rife in the lead up to the trailer's debut and its premiere at TIFF suggests Free Fire is to be Wheatley’s messiest movie to date- judging by the first look it would appear to be his funniest too.

Set in a Brooklyn warehouse in the late ‘70s, Free Fire follows two gangs - including Cillian Murphy and Sharlto Copley - attempting to complete a shady gun deal, but it isn't long before bullets start flying. The international cast also includes Noah Taylor, Armie Hammer, and Oscar winner Brie Larson. Free Fire may very well be one of Wheatley’s most anticipated work to date.
