This Must Be for You” (TMBFY), the anonymous gift-givers, will organise “Altruistic Art Show” in London on 1 December 2013. The Show will be hosted between 12 pm-10 pm at Strongroom Bar in Shoreditch. (120-124 Curtain Road, London EC2A 3SQ)

Altruistic Art Show is absolutely free and open to everyone. The main aims of the event are to promote human kindness through the gifting of free art, showcase the artists’ work in an original way, and encourage social interaction via a tangible format. This will be the perfect opportunity for having fun, listening to live music, collecting little gifts and taking free art home (painting, photography, sculpture, film). The show will provide artists with exposure and people with an amazing and original gift. Some of the artists who donated their work to the Exhibition so far are: Sally Bassett, Anna Dunn, Carla Claveria, Monika lek, Kim Noce, Ben Challen, Ella Foote, Joey Fourr, Edward Carvalho, and Francois Got Buffed. Tom Hill, video editor and graphic designer from Blimpy Media, will be making a film about the Show.

TMBFY is a not for profit project working for “anonymous gift giving to brighten up your day.” Background info on TMBFY is provided in the “Notes for Editors” section below. Everybody who wants to contribute in the kindness cycle is welcome to this Show.
