NEW CHILDREN'S BOOK CELEBRATES KEITH HARING'S LIFE & WORK

Keith Haring was one of the most imporant artists to emerge from the 1980s New York creative scene, his colourful and energetic pieces encompassed pertinent ideas - such as pro-safe sex and anti-crack cocaine during the AIDS and drug epidemic - which remain uplifting to this day. Shortly before the 27th anniversary of his death on 16th February, Keith Haring: The Boy Who Just Kept Drawing is set to be released; it's a 40-page children's book which tells Haring's life story and shows off many off his works. It's written by his younger sister Kay and can be pre-ordered here. Here's a sample:
