In 1969, a group of teenage motorcycle afficionados were shut out of joining a Detroit, Michigan motorcycle club because they were black. While it's pretty odd that a subculture that prides itself on being made up of outsiders would discrimate against some of the most oppressed people in the country, the group responded by setting up Outcast M.C., a motorcycle club for black people.
