Stewart portrays the relationship between the women and the producers they work alongside, focusing on the positive and sociable atmosphere of the studio.

The photographer explains her work as an ‘investigation into the themes of hyper-sexualisation, and how the media’s portrayal of women has influenced the nature of aspiration.’

Despite it being Stewart’s first installment, the project was chosen by the Photographers Gallery to be part of their annual FreshFaced + WildEyed exhibition back in July, of which the collection of images were more than worthy.
