Staff at Odense Zoo in Denmark recently treated some visiting children to a Lion dissection. The purpose was educational. Those crazy Danes!
Naturally, the event has attracted a lot of criticism. The lion in question was put to sleep as there were already too many felines in the group. I guess this particular conservation programme was a run away success. The Humane Society International said the zoo was making a "macabre spectacle out of a much deeper tragedy" with animals being treated as "disposable assets".
Disposable and STINKY if these kids' faces are anything to go by :P
(If you don't like seeing a lion cut to ribbons then proceed with caution. If you're planning on having a burger tonight then maybe reconsider that caution).
