Netherlands based, Bough Bikes create these beautiful bicycles, with the frames, forks, handlebars and fenders being made entirely from sustainable oak. They recently won the accolade of “the world’s first electric wooden bike”, at the NYCxDesign 2014.

You have the option to control the amount of pedal assist, when setting at a "high" level, users are able to move at the same speed as traffic. The bike takes three to six hours to charge fully.
