HoSB have made it their mission to help, support and nurture people who have been affected by homelessness and get them back in to work through their Employment Academy (find out more at www.hosb.org.uk).
On top of this. HoSB regularly involve themselves with emerging and established artists through their own art programme 'The Collective', and in the form of exhibitions, talks and events.
One such event is 'Art Social' commencing on the 21st September with a full schedule of delights throughout the week, right up until the 27th.

The festival will reveal new installations, including a giant teapot in Soho Square! Additional contributions from acclaimed artists Jeremy Deller, Hito Steyerl, Margaret Salmon and more. There are special evening film screenings followed by artist Q&As, these include the thought provoking 'Moving Images, Shifting Needs’; a programme of videos that address ideas about the human potential and the order of hierarchies in art and human needs. To top it all off the House of St Barnabas will reveal the "House of Curiosity" on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th September; a weekend of festivities including workshops curated by Oh Comely Magazine with Tie Dye High Five and The Flower Appreciation Society, Music by CDR Producer Tony Nwachukwu, Lectures with Idler Academy, Hannah Pool and Anna Murray founder of Patternity and so much more to be revealed.
Weekday events and access to the art programme is free and a weekend ticket costs just £10!
