The London Illustration Fair returns to the Hoxton Arches this Saturday to showcase the very best in illustration, print and graphic design. For the 5th and 6th of July, the east London space will be transformed into a tropicana-themed paradise hosting the hottest illustrators, collectives, creative agencies, print studios and publications from across the UK and Europe. Not a bad way to spend the weekend right?

 
 
 
THE LONDON ILLUSTRATION FAIR PRINT SHOP
 
The Summer Festival will see the launch of the The London Illustration Fair Print Shop featuring a selection of the favourite artists and artworks from the 2013 Fair, as well as a hand picked selection of exciting new artists.
 
Expect new works from Ruby Taylor, Ben RotheryCassandra YapUrsula Hitz & Yann Brien, as well as a selection of prints from new converts David ShillinglawLau'sCrispin FinnMarcelina AmeliaSarah March & Alec Doherty.

PRINT YOUR OWN ICE-CREAM MONSTER
 
Margate based print studio, Hello Print will showcase their extraordinary"print your own ice-cream monster". The self contained mobile ice cream cart will zoom around the festival screenprinting unique ice creams with your choice of monster toppings.
 
 
 
HANDSOME FRANK 1-2-1 PORTFOLIO REVIEW
 
Handsome Frank is a UK based illustration agency representing some of the finest contemporary artists on the planet. World renowned and with a wealth of experience, Director Tom Robinson will be running a one-on-one portfolio review session on Saturday 5th July from 1pm to 4pm.
 
To book a tutorial session with Handsome Frank please email info@thelondonillustrationfair.co.uk with the header 'HANDSOME FRANK TUTORIAL'. Sessions last 15 minutes and should be booked in advance.
 
 
 
 
TROPICAL GARDENS
 
This Summer will see the use of Hoxton Arches incredible outside areas to full extent with a live mural painting by David Shillinglaw, full blown Brazilian BBQ from the Churasco Gang, live printing from the Print Wagon and chilled summer drinks and seating area in the graffiti garden.

 FEATURED ARTIST
 
Ruby Taylor, multi talented illustrator and Puck Collective member, has kindly designed all of the Summer Festival's promotional material, including banners, flyers and wallpaper. She will also be designing a large-scale tropicana themed mural that will adorn the entrance to the Summer Festival, plus there will be a designated Ruby Taylor area in the PRINT SHOP stocking a selection of her prints, post cards and collectable goodies. Keep your eyes peeled for her Summer Festival exclusives!
