THE TARTAN ARMY AT TRAFALGAR SQUARE

The ratio of men wearing skirts and men wearing trousers in London yesterday got all fucked up with cast B of Braveheart taking to Trafalgar Square for the friendly against England. The Tartan Army took to the landmark and filled their wee boots with booze for the 90 minutes of the match and beyond. Now you might be confused and imagine I'm talking about a beautiful scene found in films such as Lord of the Rings and indeed Braveheart (couldn't think of another Scottish film) but alas this was not true. It wasn't a scene of un-sun kissed but muscular God-like creatures, with long well conditioned hair and eyes of green. They weren't fighting for their queens and speaking in rhymes of Celtic poetic beauty with Enya in the background.

THEY WERE HAVIN A FUCKING GOOD TIME ALRIITEE YA WEE DICKHEAD.

An old Scottish tradition of pouring Tesco Value Vodka in a hip flask.

Fosters and Guinness is currently on sale at the Tesco Express opposite and WHSmiths have a deal on face paint. The square was full of larger louts with bellys that looked like they'd eaten children and they behaved and looked like members of The Smurfs on Speed. They put colouring dye and washing up liquid in the fountains and reportedly left over 20,000 beer cans behind them. So all in all they had a great time and here are a few photos taken from Smurfs Gone Wild compiled by Buzzfeed.

Oh, and this weeks favourite Scottish woman award goes to the lady who swore at her kids for not flushing their shits before they left, too right.
