Tom Pearce draws these weird melancholic landscapes, they're really good, they make me feel kinda ronery, though.

From the horse's mouth: 

My work is particularly inspired by manga comics and graphic novels, Japanese woodblock prints and also by exploring cities. Some of my favourite artists are Edward Hopper, Katsushika Hokkusai and manga artist Jiro Taniguchi.
