Remember last week's coverage of Google's image recognition software? Nicknamed 'Deep Dream' or 'Inceptionism', the technology takes an image and analyses the colours, edges and any other idiosyncrasies to create new images within the overall picture. For example, a picture of a medieval knight on a horse becomes this dog-ridden mess:

Trippy.

Realising that this tech-acid trip would work well with a cinematic one, some whiz went ahead and combined Google's algorithm with the scene in Fear & Loathing where he drops acid and meets Flea in the toilet. It's an incredibly meta move and a thoroughly terrifying watch. Now we just need someone to take acid and watch the Google acid version of this acid trip:

Don't Panic attempt to credit photographers and content owners wherever possible, however due to the sheer size and nature of the internet this is sometimes impractical or impossible. If you see any images on our site which you believe belong to yourself or another and we have incorrectly used it please let us know at panic@dontpaniconline.com and we will respond asap.
