For the last couple of years, Gorillaz creators Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett have teased fans with new music and the promise of live shows from the cartoon quartet. In October, the duo elaborated on the fictional band's back story with The Book of Russel, shared their favourite Christmas classics and released a tune aimed at Donald Trump.
Now the group is making their first live appearance in years at Demon Dayz festival, taking place at Margate's Dreamland theme park on 10th June. The concert was announced in an advert in today's Metro, the full lineup is yet to be announced but you can find out more info here.
