Bubble Tea is slowly taking over the world. The deliciously sweet liquid has grabbed people’s attention thanks to those mysterious tapioca bubbles which float about the mixture, and now everyone from Los Angeles to London is hoovering up the unusual drink. Or is it food? Or both?
Whatever it is, we know we can’t get enough. That’s partly because of the work of Milk Tea & Pearl, Bubble tea veterans who’ve been serving up the stuff for almost five years. Their central London location mixes cassava, sweet potato and yam to make those little orbs, and their expertise keeps us coming back.
