Shouts to the guy above, who's definitely drivin' and drinkin'. Classic.
Isn't it fun when you visit France and forgo all of the entrecot, moule frite, and escargot in favour of a trip to McDonald's, just so you can grab a room temperature Kronenborg that tastes a bit like a double cheeseburger. They really know how to live on the continent.
Of course we've never been able to replicate such european pleasures in the UK, thanks to those barmy Brussels bureaucrats stifling our God-given right to imbibe lager with our Big Macs, or something. Until now. Or reasonably soon to now, anyway. McDonald's more expensive and probably not as good brother from another mother, Burger King, has just been granted a license to serve beer in its Bury St Edmunds branch.
It's since applied for the license in other franchises, and it plans to do so across the nation. Sadly, restrictions mean they can only serve one beer per customer.
Now here's a video pertinent to this subject.
