To West Oakland, California, where a guy called Robert recently saved his BBQ ribs from a fire in his apartment complex. I'm assuming he brought the ribs in from the 'cue after they finished cooking, otherwise they'd be outside already. Unless he fires up the grill inside, but then I think he'd be dead if that was the case.
We all know heroes walk among us, but rarely do we see them in the flesh, discussing house fires with roaming photojournalists while holding a full-rack of baby-backs on a knife blade. Don't get it twisted either, Robert also saved his family after ensuring the safety of the meat.
I wonder if he prefers a dry rub or a sauce.
