SLOP BUCKET ART

If you've ever worked behind a bar or collected glasses in a night club, then I'm sure you're very familiar with a slop bucket. It's where you deposit the remaining liquid from a finished drink; All the ice cubes, the spit line and the gross fruit and toothpicks that accumulate at the bottom of a cocktail.

A bar/restaurant in NYC is taking a photo of their bucket and the end of each shift (or at some point in the shift, at least) and uploading it onto a tumblr called Slop Art. When you're not filling one at 4am, the bucket almost looks serene.

Check out Slop Art.
