LG goes retro
Written by Caisa Ederyd / 04 Feb 2010
Forget about portable futuristic super tools such as the iPad. LG is bringing back the good old retro television – and it’s looking good! LG's Series 1 TV comes with those old knobs that your grandmother used to fiddle with back in the day. Not only does this 14-inch go-back-to-the-sixties-fantasy look retro, you can also choose your colour - black & white and sepia tone modes - as well as it has a 4:3 aspect ratio cathode ray tube for tech-geeks to drool all over. If you fancy the design but think the technical retro aspects sound complicated, it comes with wireless remote and digital tuner to make your life easier. It’s available in orange and dark brown for only €130. So, what’s the catch?
- It’s only available in Korea, here.
