On the road:
Redlight - Set Me 3
Redlight back doing what he does best; making dancefloor bangers with naughty basses.
FCL - It's You (Gotsome Heat Remix)
Our remix of FCL's It's You has been a favourite part of the set for a while now. It's nice to hear the huge sub bass out on a big system.
Mak & Pasteman - Bodywork
Mak & Pasteman bring a new twist on techno and bass music with a combination of Detroit house vocals, techno beats and jungle basslines.
Wax Romeo - More Than Nothing (Pilo Remix)
This is a really raw sounding and slightly nuts track with a big distorted b-line groove. Sounds unlike anything else... which is why we love it.
Shiba San - OKAY
Probably the biggest dance record of the summer. It's fun to watch people a little uncertain during the intro, only to go nuts when that massive bassline comes in!
Coldplay - Midnight (Jon Hopkins Remix)
If you've got a decent set of headphones and a spare 10 minutes, then you owe it to yourself to get stuck into this. Deep, beautiful and epic techno of the highest order.
XO - Holdin' On (feat. RobLaw)
What starts off as a more traditional RnB track with great vocals, switches up into an unexpected skippy beat. Top futuristic RnB vibes.
Lone - 2 is 8
Like a combination of the best bits of Rae & Christian and Boards of Canada given a modern twist. A great melodic hip hop track to get you in the summer mood.
SBTRKT - Temporary View ft Sampha
Sbtrkt brings his signature wavey synths and quirky production to create this amazing RnB track, which makes us even more excited to hear his upcoming album.
J Dilla - Runnin' (instrumental)
This ended up with The Pharcyde on vocals, but the instrumental is also great. Sometimes it nice to just chuck on some classic hip hop whilst doing the washing up or cooking. Doesn't get much better than Dilla beats! We spent most of our youth growing up listening to loads of hip hop without know this was the man behind it all.
