We caught up with Natty ahead of his performance at City Splash Festival in London, this October. Sourcing the tracks he loves to listen to at home and the ones he plays likes to play live.

5 songs I like listening to at home...

Miles Davis - Blue in Green
One of my favourite songs to clear my mind from all thoughts, no words also mean you can tap into the simple melodies with no words coming at you.

Bob Marley - Natural Mystic
Another chilling track as well but on a different kinda tip, more mystical.

Buju Banton - Destiny
Empowering track, good to help me focus.

Fela Kuti - Gentleman
Just a real good track, great groove, plus its revolutionary mindset which is what I like to listen to at home.

Oumou Sangare - Seya
Along with Sade she has my favourite vocal tones and this track is great for rising in the morning.

5 tracks I like to perform live...

Coloured Souls (man like I album)
Because it as a unifying song and can feel everyone on a one love tip when we play it.

Badman (man like I album)
Because when we play it normally audience goes a bit mad. It's the fastest song I got.

Change (change ep)
Message of positivity for the future. I like the audience singing along to this. Plus it got the bassline...!

Afrika (out of fire mixtape)
This is one of the few tracks where I rap. Plus at the end of the song we switch it up and again it goes off.

Bedroom Eyes (man like I album)
This is a crowd favourite. I like it because the crowd always helps me sing this one, sometimes I can even take a break while they sing it hahaha.
