A remarkably lucid Big Narstie went on Fire in the Booth on Friday and regaled Charlie Sloth with an impassioned sermon on the roots of Grime. His thoughts came off the back of Chip's (nee Chipmunk's) appearance on the show, where he stopped rapping to go on a long rant about Tinie Tempah, who delivered a soft insult to him over a year ago - that about five people heard.
As you can probably tell by his music and appearance, Narstie isn't one to chase fame in the same way Tinie and Chip have - so he took objection to their chiffon-soft beef over principles they swapped for bottle service and deals a long time ago. Grime, grime history and the people who shaped it tend to pull arguments in all directions, but you can't really counter Narstie on this one.
Better still, he tore it up when he finally stepped in the booth #PAIN etc etc.
