FRIDAY – 6th February 

Bass Kitchen Presents Utah Jazz and Bcee (SpearHead Records) – Timbuk2

A night of drum and bass goodness headlined by Utah Jazz and Bcee. Expect soulful breaks and lush rollers. Also playing is Disco Jockies, Dutty Nebz and P.O.D.G.E. 

Bristol Dub Club: February 2015 – Black Swan 

The second installment of the bass heavy dub night. Featuring Pappa Roots, Haile Bless and Jonny Fisha. All playing on Pappa Roots own soundsystem. 

MTA Records 5th Birthday – The Marble Factory 

Motion’s new sister venue The Marble Factory will be hosting Chase and Status’ MTA Records party. Sub Focus is headlining, with Dimension, Mob Tactics and Skankandbass, with Juma MC on the mic. A more intimate venue but a huge night.

 

SATURDAY – 7th February

Dispatch Recordings Night – Black Swan

Drum and Bass duties held down by Black Swan on Saturday. The night plays host to DLR is launching his Seeing Sounds album. Special guests for the night are Optiv & BTK. Support from ANT TC1, Mako and AMOSS to name a few. They’re opening up the second room strictly for Old Skool and Classics.

J Dilla Changed My Life – Start the Bus

Paying homage to one of the greatest hip-hop producers to ever live: Spin Doctor, Typsun & Lemart alongside Rhyme & Reason and Sip the Juice DJs will be providing a night of tribute and great hip-hop.

?PsyCarnival? - Lakota

Get out your tie-dye, Lakota is going psychedelic, with a cross-genre selection of DJs anywhere from Techno to Psy-Trance. With UV art installations and the usual selection of circus performances, if it’s your thing, you’re going to love it. Featuring the likes of Hedflux, Broken Eye and Nanosphere.

Just Jack 9th Birthday – Motion

The ever-popular night is always a gem on the calendar and this is certainly no exception. Derrick May, Mr G, Craig Richards, Tama Sumo the list goes on. Say no more.
