Back in the day, Metallica used to pound so many brews that Metal nerds started calling them Alcoholica:

See.

Now that (former) alcoholism has been coupled with great marketing nous (the key to any good band's longevity), with the announcement Metallica have teamed up with Budweiser to launch a signature beer. Don't get too excited though, because it will only be available at their upcoming shows in Quebec, Canada.

Sacré bleu.
