Krankbrother Presents

Krankbrother takes over Motion for a masterclass in house and techno. The London/Ibiza based promoters bring the party to Bristol. Leading the pack is Gerd Janson, supported by Krankbrother, Levon Vincent alongside Panorama Bar legends Margaret Dyas and Move D bringing some Berlin flavour to Bristol. Intrigue 12th Birthday

Drum and Bass duties are handled by Dojo this Friday as Intrigue takes over for their 12th Birthday and the launch of a compilation LP. D-Bridge will be dropping a 3-hour headline set and Randall will be giving a history lesson in DnB. Check out the preview for the new LP here:

Something a little different - The Big Lebowski Fest

The Lanes will be hosting their annual celebration of the Coen Brothers cult classic. Featuring a showing of the film, all night bowling and even a hot dog eating competition. If you can quote it in your sleep then maybe this is for you!

State of Emergency 3.0

With a name like that, you know what you are getting yourself in for. Black Swan holds down the Drum and Bass proceedings on Saturday with a huge multi-room night. Powered by soundsytems Requiem, Ohmen Audio and Kaotik, it is going to be a heavy one. The mainroom is heading up by Mob Tactics, with support from Tech:Diff and Dangermarc. Dance in Wonderland

For a change of pace, why not head to Stokes Croft to Hamilton House for a slightly different kind of night. Featuring Mark DUBPickle and Snowdrop the evening will be covering all sorts of chileld out and psychedelic tastes. With a sumptuous chillout space and chai cafe, if it's what you're into, you're gonna love it. Get a taste for what's on offer here:


For a more relaxed end to the week, why not head down to The Bristol Museum for the last day of the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhbition. Having celebrated its 50th year last year, the event will display images that clebrate the drama, beauty and splendour of the natural world. For more information, check the website out here:


Head to the Arnolfini for the last day of Jospehine Pryde's 'These are just thing I say, they are not my opinions' exhibition. Which examines touch senstitivity in a new photographic series, featuring a model train that travels through the galery. More info here:
