Last year Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta's emails were hacked and published on Wikileaks. A strange detail to emerge was that Podesta had been in contact with former Blink 182 vocalist/guitarist Tom DeLonge about the subject of UFOs, with the Democratic politician interviewed by DeLonge for a prospective interview.

The What's My Age Again? musician's interest in the extra-terrestrial has grown over the years, with his research covering topics such as 'Roswell, Dulce, Serpo... what’s on Mars, what’s on the back of the moon' and more. I don't know whether it's surprising or not that the man who sang about fucking a dog in the ass has emerged as a member of the tin foil hat brigade. In any case, some people appreciate his efforts as DeLonge has been awarded UFO Researcher Of The Year by Open Minds TV. He sent along an acceptance speech which you can watch here:
