As part of the ever-great Blank On Blank channel, an illustrated archive of interviews with pop culture figures from the last century, here's a chat with George Michael aged 23. Recorded in the same year he left Wham!, the duo with schoolmate Andrew Ridgeley which shot him to fame, Michael reflects on the nature of success and what he wanted to do in the future. He discusses incorporating more sexuality into his songs, tunes which would secure his place as a gay icon in the following years.
