Today would've been London musician Joe Strummer's 64th birthday, unfortunately he passed away over a decade ago from an undiagnosed heart condition. Strummer's work spanned music making, from film scores to radio hosting. He dabbled in genres as varied as rockabilly and reggae, though is of course best known as the lead singer of The Clash, one of the most important bands to emerge from the punk movement. You've undoubtedly heard the classics before, like London Calling or Lost In The Supermarket, but why not give them a spin on Joe's occasion? HBD & RIP.
