Lykke Li

Over the three exciting and massively packed days of music, the Energy Sessions Arena will also be playing host to the Riton/DJ Mehdi collaborative project Carte Blanche as part of the Ed Banger take-over we've already mentioned. Just when you thought it couldn't get better, the Groove Armada guys themselves will be hitting the Arena on Saturday night with their new audio-visual project, Redlight. Obviously that's not gonna be one to miss: what better way to celebrate Lovebox's 10th year running than with the men who got it going in the first place? Finally on Sunday the Energy Sessions Arena will be invaded by the twisted cabaret from This Is... Circus and Jodie Harsh. From music to performance, it'll be a wild and varied one worth stepping into.

Here's the chance to sip on some gin & juice to Snoop, revel in Beardyman's beatbox mastery and soak in performances from Lykke Li, Scissor Sisters, 2 Many DJs, The Wombats and Skream; it's basically not one to be missed. The line-up has been expanded as the months have passed, and now includes Santigold, Fenech-Soler, Planningtorock, Washed Out and Filthy Dukes at the Relentless Energy Drink Dance Arena on the Sunday. Trend spotters from Dazed, Vogue and Grazia will be on hand to take in the best of festival style from all the fashion types at the three-day party too.

Scissor Sisters

UPDATE: Since initial publication the Lovebox line-up has just expanded to include Thom Yorke and Erykah Badu collaborator Flying Lotus, Architecture in Helsinki and Hudson Mohawke amongst several others.

Last year's festival took in over 65,000 music lovers, and with musicians still at its organisational core this year looks set to top it. Tickets are on sale as of 9am (March 1st 2011): visit  Lovebox, Ticketmaster or phone 0844 8472 436. Find out more where Relentless Energy Drink will be this summer here.
