Wu-Tang Clan have been around a while, so it's not unusual for them to have older fans. Even so, very few of them are likely to break a hip when Da Mystery of Chessboxin drops. Step forward Wu-Tang Nans, who are being used to promote Wu-Tang's next UK tour. The squad are a group of bridge playing, cake baking, hip-hop heads whose love for the Clan started three years ago. It turns out OAPs love C.R.E.A.M.
While it doesn't take the most astute person to know this is a rather lame PR stunt, it is nice to imagine a world in which grannies and Ghostface Killah could make sweet music together.
