A very welcome email popped up in my inbox this morning, letting me know that Placebo is going on tour at the beginning of next year. The band has now been around - often in altered states - for 20 years, thanks in part to a global fanbase who latched on to the group's brilliant talent in the 90s and never let go.
The band's frontman, Brian Molko, is also set to release a book (on Halloween, no less) containing a selection of lyrics charting his two decades at the helm.
