In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Rage Against The Machine bassist Tim Commerford had this to say about Limp Bizkit: "I do apologize for Limp Bizkit. I really do. I feel really bad that we inspired such bullshit." This isn't the first time Tim's had beef with Fred. During the 2000 MTV VMAs, Tim climbed atop a tower on the stage when Limp pipped Rage to an award with their video for 'Break Stuff.'
Rage had been nominated for 'Sleep Now In The Fire', a Wall Street bashing tune with a video directed by Michael Moore. 'Break Stuff' was about breaking stuff and had Snoop Dogg in the video. Tim felt the judges' priorities were out of whack.
In the same RS interview, Tim added, "They're gone, though. That's the beautiful thing. There's only one left, and that's Rage, and as far as I'm concerned, we're the only one that matters."
THAT'S WHER YOU'RE WRONG TIM. FRED + THE BOYZ R STILL TOURING, STILL CRUSHIN IT WITH JAMS LIKE BREAK STUFF, MY WAY, AND THAT ONE WHERE HE SAYS FUCK A LOT. JUST GONNA BREAK OUT MY RED BACKWARDS CAP AND STICK ON CHOCOLATE STARFISH.
POLITICS R BORING BRO. GET DOWN WITH THE RAP METAL.
