After a five year wait, London trio The xx have returned with their third album. In the making since mid 2014, the 10-track I See You was set to be released last year, but was delayed as the band continued to work on it into October. The new album shows a broader sound for the band, with an eclectic array of samples and an upbeat vibe, while trademarks such as the vocal interplay between bassist Oliver Sim and guitarist Romy Madley Croft remain.
