THE POPE USED TO BE A CLUB BOUNCER IN BUENOS AIRES

In an interview with the Vatican newspaper, L’Osservatore Romano, on Monday, Pope Francis talked about a series of odd jobs he held before running the Catholic Church. One of which involved him giving drunk, surly dickheads the old heave-ho at a club in Argentina.

Francis wasn’t only a bouncer of course. The Bishop of Rome also swept floors, taught literature and assisted in a chemical lab. But, honestly, why would the interviewer care about anything else once the Pope (a.k.a. George Bluth) made mention of his door work at a Buenos Aires nightclub?
