At the beginning of the year, The xx released their third album I See You, their first full length in five years. It marked a dramatic shift for the band as they embraced a more upbeat, dance music-influenced sound, leaving behind much of the chilliness of their early work. This reflects in their visuals too, with the music video for On Hold showing young people enjoying themselves in the sunshine- basically a world away from the kind of landscape you'd imagine listening to Crystalised or Islands in. The trio has just dropped visuals for Say Something Loving and continue the theme, as skaters shred Southbank, couples kiss and the band appear in a nostalgic VHS haze. Take a look:
