Los Angeles-based funk band Vulfpeck just put out a totally silent album on Spotify, in the hopes that supportive folks will play the tracks on repeat overnight and push up their revenue.

The album, called Sleepify, is made up of ten 30-second tracks. Every time a track is streamed, Spotify pay Vulfpeck $0.005, meaning that one person leaving the album on loop overnight would make them $4. All the money they make is going to go towards going on tour and playing gigs for free all over the US, especially in places where the album was streamed a lot.

Head over to Spotify and get stick the record on!
