If, like us, you answered "absolutely loads", "right now" or "shut up I'm texting" - why not join us in taking part in Save The Children's upcoming Phoneless Friday challenge on 7th October?
The premise is simple: you and your mates ditch your devices for the day, donate a fiver to charity in the process, and see how well you can fend for yourselves for a full day back in the real world.
And just in case the mere thought of leaving home without your phone gives you an anxiety attack - Don't Panic! Because we've devised a handy list of IRL activities that will help you get through the day with ease.
1. Cook and eat a fantastic meal - show nobody - and then just get on with your life.
2. Use your real face to express real emotions.
3. Read a newspaper and realise that complex political arguments aren't always reducible to 140 characters.
4. Play real life SNAKE
5. If all else fails, do it the old fashioned way: whack on the TV, sit in silence, and continue to ignore the world outside.
