Shell could be risking disaster if their plans to drill for oil in the Arctic go ahead in the next six weeks. Evidence suggests that it won't be a safe operation, meaning the chances of an oil spill are extremely high. This would devastate the surrounding habitat and ultimately have an effect on the world as a whole.
We recently teamed up with Greenpeace and British artists KennardPhillips to show the consequences of drilling for oil within such a precious landscape. Directed by Partizan’s Martin Stirling – who also directed LEGO: Everything is NOT Awesome - A Song Of Oil, Ice And Fire shows Shells willingness to let the world burn, despite all the beauty.
Head to Greenpeace's Save the Arctic site to see what you can do to stop the drilling.
