A boutique guesthouse in Bristol is about to place four vintage Airstream caravans on its roof top as an alternative place to stay for visitors to the city on the 27th April. Brooks Guesthouse will place four vintage caravans on its flat roof offering guests a unique overnight experience in the city centre from 1 May, 2014.
The caravans are British made by Retro Rockets a family business based in Worcester. The 23-bed stylish guesthouse has become an established hospitality business in the Old City, attracting corporate and leisure guests throughout the week.
Co-owner Carla Brooks says: “The new caravans will be luxuriously kitted out with Hans Grohe power showers, heated towel rails, demister mirrors, electric shaver points, pocket sprung mattresses and designer guild interiors curtains and cushions.
“The caravans will really sum up the spirit of the area, which is boho and bursting with character. There is no other hotel in the UK offering this unusual accommodation option, so it will be completely unique to Bristol.”
There are four caravans two of which are doubles and two are family caravans & can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Rates are from £99 per night per caravan B&B for two people sharing . They are situated on a rooftop garden which has beautiful grass and plants and painted walls designed and built by Steve Kelvin local landscape gardener.
