What we need

Due to major project wins we need someone to become a part of our client service team. The primary function of the Account Exec is to be the principal day-to-day representative of the agency to the client ensuring smooth running of the accounts assigned. He/She is responsible to build strong, lasting client relationship based on executing campaigns with excellence and exceeding expectations. Through first class organisation skills and they will manage internal and external stakeholders efficiently resulting in profit for the agency.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

    •    You will work with the AD to prepare, present and implement marketing strategies for clients

    •    Responsible for the initiation of all projects and the day-to-day supervision of a project: on strategy, on time and within budgets

    •    Ensuring all expectations are set and understood by the client and deliverables are achieved

    •    First-line representative of the clients to the agency; must provide effective direction to ensure that the agency is properly managing client expectations

    •    Responsible for internal processes, timings, scheduling, briefing creative, artwork, amends, approvals and finance

    •    Identifying, communicating and escalating any issues such as project delays and cost over-runs, managing the clients’ expectations and advising on actions

    •    Seeking new opportunities to organically grow accounts 

The ideal candidate will have:  

    •    A minimum of 1 years commercial experience ideally in marketing

    •    Been educated to degree level or equivalent

    •    Confidence as a self-starter and with the ability to pre-empt /understand client’s business needs or requests very quickly

    •    People skills and ability to build rapport / relationship easily as they act as first-line to both client and agency  

    •    Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage several simultaneous projects

    •    Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

    •    A reassuring and calm personality, ensuring project follow through and delivery

This role is based in London and is offering a salary of £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience.
