The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership is a deal currently being negotiated between the U.S. and the European Union. However, it has come under significant criticism due to the controversial details we've heard - such as an undemocratic panel that will allow companies to sue states over potential lost earnings due to legislation - and the hush-hush way it is being negotitated; a full text of the document has yet to be released and whistleblowing website Wikileaks has promised a cash reward to whoever leaks it. Klaus Knollinkski is someone who has read the TTIP in the German parliament but is banned from revealing any details; he has released this video in order to describe its details in interpretive dance and to mock the dodgy, undemocratic negotiations taking place.
