Like Rob Delaney and nuclear weapons, Black Friday is an American creation that Britain has a bit less than half-heartedly adopted, approving of goods on sale but too timid to proper go for it grabby-fighty style. Spain doesn't have the event (maybe they dislike the idea of a day of hurt feelings, useless tat and blind greed that isn't 25th December) but nonetheless it's inspired Barcelona filmmakers Marca Blanca to make The Buying Dead.
They've conflated prior footage of Black Friday crowds with the title sequence of hit zombie TV series The Walking Dead, an idea as fresh as it was in 1978 with George A. Romero's shopping centre set undead flick Dawn of the Dead (or its 2004 not-so-bad remake), all to really make u think. Have at it- punch and grab if need be.
